Joe Milton has been a professional musician in Los Angeles and Southern California for the past twenty years, and now he's coming home to Dallas!
His music can be heard on such television shows as DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE and Gregory Nava's acclaimed series, AMERICAN FAMILY. He has recorded, produced and collaborated with artists including The RZA (of the Wu Tang Clan), JD Fortune (INXS), Jon Anderson (Yes) and with film composers Paul Chihara (John Turturro's ROMANCE & CIGARETTES), Howard Drossin (THE PROTECTOR) and Lee Holdridge (EAST OF EDEN). Joe's DALLAS COWBOY ANTHEM (Ride 'Em, Cowboys!) can be heard underscoring a SuperBowl Touchdown in the NFL Films retrospective of Troy Aikman's career.
Joe Milton weaves a tapestry of background music that glides masterfully from subtle dinner music to lively entertainment. Joe plays with any size ensemble and as an added bonus, Joe's wife, Linda, plays flute! Linda has played with orchestras and chamber ensembles throughout the United States, Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Her musical career in California includes performances with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion as well as The Hollywood Bowl.
Joe's ability to 'read the room' allows him to move seamlessly from one song to another as he guides the style and energy level to include music for every guest and age group.
